Had my hair done by Rachel - a very interesting person. Totally lovely and very down to earth with 22+ years experience within the industry. Totally loved my hair, looks amazing and she did it so quickly. However, when it came to the eyelashes they were a bit rushed and glue did get on my face. The lashes also came out quite bit, i'd expected something a little more subtle. Still, loved the hair amazing job. Only concern was that when hair brush or anything else fell on the floor they weren't washed, they were just picked back up and used, so not the most hygenic.

Sadaf is brill - I had Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting, Threading and waxing and all were done to an excellent standard. Friendly team too. :)
