Was definitely the most painful wax I had. The same area was done over and over again and I was left feeling very sore. During the wax, i was asked repeatedly to help stretch areas, whereas usually at other salons, i can relax while they do it all for me. The woman dripped oil onto me at the end from the bottle and asked me to rub it in myself. She also left wax on areas of my skin, which then got stuck to my clothes and made my skin even more sore. Never again

I had my eyebrows threaded/tidied up. Gopi was extremely gentle - very quick and thorough. I'd really recommend you try this salon. Good value and great location in Ealing Broadway.
