Regret to say it was possibly the worst manicure I've ever had. Firstly, I had my original gel removed which was all good, however after this she didn't take any care towards the nails, no moisturiser or pushing the cuticles back. Secondly I specifically asked for my nails not to be filed down too much due to liking the shape and length of them already and also that I wanted a squoval shape. However she filed my nails short which I absolutely can't stand and then also did not know what a 'squoval' shape was and proceeded to do a mix of ovals and some other random near oval shapes. I can't understand how a nail technician doesn't know this?
Another girl came in whilst she was gel painting the nails, and this girl said to the technician she had work quite soon and would she fit her in. She then decided to stop doing my nails mid way to remove the other girls nail polish and pick nail polish for her. This was extremely rude. She then rushed the remainder of my nails, painting them uneven by the cuticle.
It shows how bad the nails were done when one nail had already seriously chipped the next day.
The whole experience was awful and I don't like to give a bad review as the owner seemed quite nice.

Went there on Saturday afternoon, busy little place. The place itself was ok, however, I personal would not go back or recommend it, as the hairdresser there kept burning my scalp with the hair dyer, when I complained about it, I was told it is because I keep on moving my head and was flinching, ofcouse I was doing that cos you were burning my scale!! At the end when I asked to shape my fringe a bit more, I was told 'I already asked what you wanted at the start!'. Not the best attitude. I will not be going back.
