While the prices are decent and the staff pleasant, when it comes to Hollywood waxing not all of the beauticians are skilled at using Lycon. This was my semi regular place for a while as Raman used to be great. I had Gopi this time round and it was a bit of a hatchet job I'm afraid including struggles to pull off wax resulting in multiple attempts, going over the same area with additional layers and then having to cut some of it off with scissors upon seeing it was a mess followed by further layer application, and at one stage going for a slow rip. I don't like giving negative reviews but I wish I'd had a heads up before this ordeal. Go for strip wax or choose your beautician carefully.

Mona is really great! She is professional, nice and friendly and it is always a pleasure getting treated by her.
