Mona did a good pedicure and knew exactly which colour I wanted. Massage was good and pedicure station and tools were cleaned thoroughly. Only criticism would be that the front of the salon has such a strong smell from the acrylic nails station that the fumes are extremely strong and can be uncomfortable. Ventilation in the salon would help the strong smell.
Not professional, I was not comfortable because the ambiance was horrible the staff fought between them, I was hampered, I wanted to leave.
Both Gopi and A Mona are wonderful and I've recommended them to many of my friends who are becoming returning happy customers just like me. The venue is always buzzing and defo book well in advance as they are quite busy- which is a good sign they are doing their jobs very well.
