Naz was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The hollywood wax was not that painful and the majority of my hair was gone. I was very happy.

Good experience, lady continually explained to me what she was doing and let me make changes to my eyelashes based on my preference. All staff smiley and helpful. Only negative was they continually promoted other offers and kept giving me different leaflets - some people may like this but I want to relax and not feel pressured in to paying more

A really great experience, I had Naz and she was great. She explained everything about my treatment and kept chatting the whole way through, she recommended treatments in a friendly way (I've experienced beauticians who turn your wax into a sales pitch) and, most importantly did a really great job. I will be coming back for sure!
