I chose this salon after reading the amazing reviews; I had 3D Russian Lash Extension. Unfortunately, upon arrival there wasn't a warm welcome and the treatment itself was a disappointment as it did not reflect the price I paid nor the service this salon usually offers judging by its score.
Though it was not busy at the time, I felt my appointment was rushed; the technician didn't introduce herself until after treatment and only took 30mins to complete it. I understand she has a lot of experience hence I specifically picked her, however looking at my result, many of my own lashes have been left untouched, there is no thickness, there are gaps and instead of the 3D Lashes being applied individually to a single lash, I have noticed there are two/three of my lashes stuck together per lash extension.
The technician seemed to be a sweet lady, I just hoped she'd take her time with my treatment and discuss with me the desired look I wanted to achieve; had she done that, I'm sure it would look amazing and I would've come back to this salon for further treatments, sadly I left feeling like I have wasted so much money.

I popped in to check my appointment was booked and they offered me an earlier one as they'd had a cancellation, which was great! The whole time I was there, the salon was busy and everyone was greeted warmly. We were all offered drinks but it was pretty busy so the guy got called away for other things and wasn't able to make any. Rachael, who cut my hair, was straight to the point and efficient. She wasn't too chatty but neither am I so it suited me fine! And she did a great job of my hair :-) she asked if I'd rate them on Facebook, which I happily did, and I'd gladly book my next haircut there too!
