I was seen straight away. I was seen to by Ramon who was very professional, if a little distant however I don't think it was rude. Treatment was very relaxing and even though I didn't book it, I managed to have my eyebrows threaded as well, even though they were busy. Music playing in the background which I liked. I wasn't offered a cup of tea or coffee but that was probably because of the type of treatment and I was a couple of minutes late as I heard other customers being offered refreshments. I would use again. I went for natural lashes and they are good but I'd probably go for a fuller look next time.

Quick and relatively painless strip wax. The girl who did it (can't remember her name) was very professional and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!
