Safina was brilliant, really professional and make the experience very enjoyable (as much as a hollywood wax is). The lycon wax is virtually painless - would highly recommend.

Very cheap compared to other waxes I have had, however I felt less comfortable as the staff were less talkative which made me more nervous and less calm
