I was seen to straight away. Overall it was a good experience experience.. Room was a bit small and could with a makeover to make it more ambient and comfortable

I was a bit disappointed with this treatment, having been before and the wax being good. My appointment was moved back by 20 minutes (if I'd wanted to have it 20 mins later I'd have booked it then?) and the woman who my wax definitely wanted to go home so wasn't making much conversation. The cleanliness of the salon left a lot to desire too, in the treatment room I was in there was used wax strips WITH HAIR IN IT on the floor, and the place just needed a good scrub. However, if we ignore all the additional extras, the wax was good. I just don't know if I'd come again due to the cleanliness of the salon, or the service.
