I came earlier than expected and was seen to earlier which was good. However it did take longer than expected and I got late for where I needed to be next. Reception staff was arguing on her mobile about a client: unprofessional. I had to ask for a beverage- it's common courtesy. Some (very few) strands got missed on the colour. It was just okay for a new place.

The salon itself is basic but the staff are friendly and efficient and do a great job. The value is amazing. Amia is the only salon I will use in Ealing.
