Did not enjoy my shellac experience today. The salon relies on taking as many bookings as possible and the stuff is always on a hurry to finish the job quickly. Appreciate you pay only £15 for shellac, but I would have expected a bit more attention to my manicure. Will never do my shellac here. Better pay more and get a proper service.

I became a regular client and I've been always satisfied with every treatment done in this salon, but today I tried the individual cluster eyelash extensions for the first time. First of all on the app is not mentioned that require a patch test. Second, the lady who did my eyelashes was extremely rude and seemed annoyed by my questions about like "how maintain them" or "how long they're gonna last" or even "how much cost remove them". I'm not satisfied with the result at all, but as it was the first time I'm not sure it is because cluster eyelashes are not really good, but they look extremely fake, cheap and seems there are few spaces between them and the left eye's corner is clearly empty, but I can't judge. I will remove them the next week just to see if they're gonna last, but probably I will choose another person to do it last time before decide is not the right treatment for me. I'll keep leave good reviews about this place as other treatments have never let me down so far.
