I have been to Amia a couple of times for the Hollywood wax. The staff are all brilliant and very friendly and the service itself is great. However, on every occasion I have been I have had to wait at least 15+ mins than the time I booked for. My most recent wax was over a 40 min wait and then I was asked to go down the road to an alternative salon. I still had a good wax but the wait time was far too long and it didn’t seem like enough was done to make me feel like this was something that wouldn’t happen again.
