It started out nicely, I was given a tea while waiting. Then I got the haircut. I was hoping it would look better once I'd wash it, it did not. I am going to a new hairdresser in a few days to try to fix my haircut. I don't understand why the salon got such good reviews, it was not looking great, a bit dirty and some of the staff were arguing in front of the customers! I don't know if it did not work out because my hairdresser was grumpy/sad (she barely spoke a word to me) or because I have wavy hair which requires a different cutting style (no idea what I'm talking about) but it did not turn out well at all. I was embarrassed to say anything then and just walked out, but I am really sad about my hair and I wish I had never been to this salon.

Not the best wax that I have had. I feel my waxer was abit on the inexperienced side. Nevertheless, staff is always great company. Great salon. Will come again and book with a different staff to compare.
