Amazing service as always from Rachel I came for the first time a few months ago and this is now my new regular salon. Whether it's hair colour, highlights or haircut Rachel always understands what I want and nails it. Highly recommended :)

Slightly disappointed by the entry greeting into the salon. I was early but staff decided to chat until the time for appointment even though they were not busy and no other customers. However, when it came down to the wax and eyebrow threading, both were done professionally. Happy with the results. Good value for money.

I was booked in for a manicure followed by a hair cut, wash, and blow dry. I had a lovely manicure (as always). However, my hair appointment was booked for 1pm and they were running late. The manager, Ali came over to let me know that they were short of staff and that I needed to wait for another 20 minutes. He was very apologetic and asked me if I could come back tomorrow. I said I needed my hair done today as it was my birthday dinner that evening, so he offered to give me a hair conditioning treatment free of charge whilst waiting for my appointment which I thought was really sweet. Despite the fact they were running late for my appointment, they still managed to make my visit pleasurable and made a fuss all over me. A very happy and satisfied customer :)

Fantastic wax by Savana. She was super friendly making me feel very relaxed and made sure I was comfortable (I am 30 weeks pregnant) She spent the time to do me a very efficient job and fairly pain free. I am really happy with the results and will definitely be booking up again soon.
Efficient and good job on the nails too. Again friendly member of staff and it is lasting well so far.
