The staff was generally nice, however, I was waiting, as the lady who initially started doing my nails, took on another client and then after a while someone else has continued. The side is quite busy ( not only clients but friends and family also) and a bit messy as for that. In regards to the treatment itself, I am quite satisfied, though not 100% comparing my visits in different salons.

Didn’t feel very welcomed or comfortable, but the person who did my waxing was very friendly and experienced. The procedure itself was good, but it was cold and scruffy- plus the guy at the desk seemed kinda rude.
