I give full marks for all as I am a loyal customer already. One very disappointing factor is that I have only just been told that there is a loyalty card and only recently been advised to book through Treatwell through an employee in the salon This is very disappointing because I have my Manicure. Pedicure, threading, waxing and hair done in your salon on a monthly basis! You would think I would have been notified as a loyal customer first before anyone else when I have all along been paying full prices.
