I have been going to this salon for a while now, staff are always friendly even though the salon is always busy. The beautician who did my waxing this time was so quick! For those that need a quick fix come to this salon.

I had my hair extension done by Rachel 1 month ago, and although she was a lovely person, I had to give this a bad review as I’m not happy with the extension. The quality of the hair is so bad, it’s so coarse and dry, like grass. I have no doubt it’s real human hair, as Rachel keeps saying, it’s about the quality of the hair. I have to brush it so heavily every morning yet the hair is still tangled. I use all sorts of conditioner etc and it’s still dry. What is really annoying is that I actually purchased some hair online, and ended up throwing it away because the quality was so bad. Rachel told me that her hair was from Peru and was of good quality and soft etc, but the hair she used was even worse than the one I purchased online. I ended up paying £150 for the hair plus £150 for the service. Overall I’m not happy with the result.
