My first time ever having shellac done and what a pleasure. The lady who did my nails was lovely and very professional, as were all of the other staff.

Today i was seen by Nazia and she was just as lovely, the staff are all very welcoming and interactive and dont make the session awkward at all! Thank you all, i really enjoyed my experience there now for the second time, wont be the last time, will be coming back again. The salon in general is a top, the value is great and the service is just as delivered.

From the second I walked in all staff have been attentive and caring throughout my treatment, even thou the reception was confused when she saw me first, seemed like they didn't expect me to be there (and it was Sunday afternoon) but asked me to wait a few minutes which I asked if I could grab a cold coffee which she had a little joke with me.
After making me feel super comfortable before I grabbed my drink, once I got in they were ready for me so she started my manicure treatment first and then moved onto my pedicure which Nusrat was absolutely amazing throughout both treatment
She did warn me that normal nail polish would come off easier and it has by the end of the week but I just need to give my nails some love and care and she did exactly that.
Thank you for an amazing services and treatment I will defintly be booking with you again.

Great experience. Treated like a princess and was out much faster than advertised, with no compromise to quality. Shellac lasted ages, perfect prep for a holiday! Mona is a star.
