I am absolutely disappointed this time!!! The lady first didn’t believe me that I paid for lycon wax and after I proved that I did, she keeps putting on really hot wax which was burning my skin I’ve told her several times that it’s hot but all she kept saying is ‘sorry’ and kept on with it. That wax was runny which is a sign that it was really hot but she didn’t really care. Also, I do not think that she was lycon trained as she didn’t do the job properly and it was really messy. After lycon she finished the area with a strip wax 😡. She also didn’t put any lotion afterwards and just handed me the oil to put it on myself 🤨 my skin is still burning after a few days of my treatment. I will refrain from going there in future and if I do it will only be sadaf that I’ll get my treatment from.

Lady doing my nails was very patient taking off my last gel manicure which was quite hard to shift! She had a bit of an issue with the uv machine not working correctly but the end result is nice.
