The experience felt quite disorganised. I had booked Jessie (female therapist), but on arrival she asked if I would be happy with a male therapist before they found another female. The massage started with electronic/house music, which I had to ask to be changed, which impacted the atmosphere. Overall, the massage itself was okay, but the experience didn't meet my expectations or the high reviews.
