I had a very disappointing experience at American Nails Putney. I came in specifically for BIAB extensions without tips. I explained this clearly before we started, and the technician agreed, saying no tips are used in the salon.
However, at the end of the appointment, I realised she had only applied regular BIAB without any extension at all. I was charged for an extension service I did not receive, and when I raised this, they refused to offer a refund or any compensation.

They carefully removed my old nails and did my new set just the way I wanted, without rushing at all. Everything turned out beautifully. Reasonably priced and I’m very happy with the result definitely recommend!
