I had a great experience getting gel nails they turned out flawless! The finish is super smooth and glossy, and the attention to detail was amazing. The staff were friendly and professional, and the whole process was quick but never rushed. I’m so happy with how they look!

I went for a BIAB over lays because lasted so long over 3 weeks my nails still look nice. I’m really happy with the result and definitely be back.

I had a very disappointing experience at American Nails Putney. I came in specifically for BIAB extensions without tips. I explained this clearly before we started, and the technician agreed, saying no tips are used in the salon. However, at the end of the appointment, I realised she had only applied regular BIAB without any extension at all. I was charged for an extension service I did not receive, and when I raised this, they refused to offer a refund or any compensation.
