I come here frequently and am always happy with the level of service. Staff are quiet, but friendly and efficient. Prices are very competitive and the standard is very high. I definitely recommend American Nails and have never left unhappy with any aspect of my visit. I guess the only area it could be improved could be ambience - maybe some fresh flowers, scented candles and music? But at the end of the day this is a local high street family run business and I'm happier with the value for money.
