I have never been to a nail salon that does not do design. I needed a design for a friends wedding which the bride had asked for and only after cleaning my nails did they say they don’t do it. I felt very awkward and they did not help with money back. Apparently not only do you book through Treatwell but you have to call as well was their excuse. Still waiting on refund after having to awkwardly leaving the salon as I don’t want to pay for something I don’t want.

Got my acrylics removed and the nail tech kept hitting my fingers with the tool and it was not pleasant. But then they changed nail techs so that was fine.
Other than that, everything was fine. Till about an hour after I left all my nails bubbled up. I have never had this happen before but it’s a shame. I really like the color but now each nail has multiple bubbles in them.
So I don’t think I would revisit the salon.
