My nails were nothing like I asked for and I had to book somewhere else the next day to get them fixed costing me another £40 to fix the mess they made
I complained multiple times whilst she was doing my nails and she got worse every time I complained

Good job for the price you pay,
Had to go back as the gel polish came off my nails after having air bubbles under (which has never happened to me in 4 years of acrylics 24/7) but they fixed my problem with ease and were very polite
