Drills to remove gel, no soaking ... says it all really

No customer engagement
Therapists just talked to each other and ignored their clients.
My therapists took mobile phone calls whilst doing my nails and sat with one earphone in whilst chatting away to a friend
No chance of being offered a water or coffee
I had to remind her to do the cuticles
Didn’t even know appointment was pre-booked
Questioned how much was pre-paid and asked to see evidence
Would never go back, very poor service
Not recommended.

It was my first visit and I was impressed. My technician worked very quickly and although her English was not the best, she made me feel welcome and was very good at what she did. I wont hesitate to book again.
