Unfortunately my nails started chipping after a week and by week 3 they were in a terrible state, I had to shorten and file them. After reaching out to Izabela I was met with such hostility I am genuinely shocked. She had advised I should ‘go and get my nails done elsewhere, as she has no available dates’. No offer to rectify her work nor apology. Absolutely appalling.
