I booked a Hollywood wax on a Saturday morning, and it was prepaid and when I got parked up, I then had a phone call to say she was not open so I assumed I would receive a refund but I didn’t, so I contacted her and was told I should have contacted treatwell that same day but my appointment was cancelled 5 mins before so as far as treatwell was aware, I had my appointment I then rebooked but had to cancel due to personal reasons and now she has refused to refund £42. Do not pre pay her

I found Ambreen through Treadwell and based on reviews, made an appointment for waxing. Ambreen was very professional in making sure I was comfortable and that the wax wasn't too hot. I will definitely return!
