Lovely girl,made me feel so welcome and relax very kind and gentle.Massage was great I just had Vaser Lipo and this was my first massage,was amazing better than I expected.Would recomendó to anyone that wants to feel comfortable and relaxed,will be going back regularly!

If I could give this place a 0/10, I would. This experience by far was not only horrible but one of the worst “massages” I’ve ever been given. I should’ve known better when the spa didn’t have clear signage and she took me down to a basement, but I thought I would give it an opportunity. We started the massage experience by her telling me to undress, to which is completely normal. However, she stood in front of me and didn’t leave the room. I was highly uncomfortable at this point because most professional massage therapists leave the room as you undress and come back once you are under the covers. Following this, I went to lay on the bed which was a thin sheet of paper, she put a small blanket on my back and had my full lower body exposed. I booked a full 1 hour deep tissue massage. She then proceeded to barely rub my legs, and when I noticed there must of been a miscommunication and said “deep tissue,” she proceeded to hand me a tissue box. As comical as this was, it was infuriating to not be given the proper treatment. After she pulled my leg into a highly uncomfortable position, she began to make slapping noises as she rubbed my legs and glutes which was highly uncomfortable and did nothing. She even answered the phone in the middle of the massage. I didn’t think it could get any worse and 10-15 minutes into the massage, I had had enough. I quickly got dressed and proceeded to say I am done. She then angrily brought me upstairs and demanded that I pay her in full for this horrendous, 15 minute massage. After trying to explain to her to no avail because she didn’t speak English, a man who appeared to be the “manager,” which was a random gentleman that worked at another shop in this alley way, demanded that I pay her and said I had to. After feeling highly uncomfortable and coerced into paying her, I gave her cash and quickly left. I was so upset that I was shaking and called the treatwell customer service. I have had many massages in my life and really enjoy them, I would never recommend a friend or family member—I would not even recommend someone who I dislike. This was truly one of the WORST experiences I’ve had.
