Best wax I've had, virtually painless! Felt quite relaxed with the soothing music as well. Would one hundred percent recommend.

The beautician informed me her suppliers hadn't delivered so unfortunately the wax was postponed but it was really courteous of her to call and text to let me know to rearrange, which I will definitely do.

I arrived to this salon only to be told that a wash was not included with my haircut and blow-dry and it would cost me another £5 on top of £25 I already paid to have it done. Apparently, it was mentioned in the "small print" on the booking form (I checked and indeed it was, serves me right for not checking all the details). But c'mon, this is not a barber's shop. Where else a wash is an 'optional extra'?!I decided not to pay for it so had my hair cut dry (well semi-dry as she used some water spray to make it wet). Needless to say, there was no point having a blow-dry afterwards with dirty hair so I said 'no' to that too. It did not occur to the lady owner, however, to offer any substitute. ( She offers all sorts of beauty treatments in her salon)... or issue me with a voucher for a complementary blow-dry next time. She seemed quite happy to move onto the next customer. Disappointing experience, £25 for just a 15 min haircut. The haircut itself was not bad, quite happy with that.
