Arrived at my appointment time to find out the place was closing for the afternoon and couldn't be seen. The girl said that no one was available and couldn't give me a refund even though it had been paid in advance. Disappointing when I was only available at that time so it could not be rebooked!! Apparently managers were meant to book slots out on treat well but this was clearly not done.
