If I could give Romina 10* I would. Every time I go for my pedi I am ok until they start doing the exfoliating on my feet and then I begin to feel like steam is coming out of my ears and nose :-). Romina was really thorough but she also started laughing at and with me when she knew I was flinching because of it.
