It is a very pretty salon, however there was so little communication when it came to my haircut that made me feel like getting a trim was the only option dispite wanting a big change

It was a good experience. However they weren’t sure about layers hairstyle. It looked more straight than layers and then other experienced staff had to took over and cut my hair again in layers this time. Over all experience good but it can be improved with knowing more/basic hairstyles.
