Everything was lovely the only reason 4* for pedi is that I am tickerlish on my feet and the machine (for me) was slightly painful after a while. I appreciate that it's used for the job. I hope with time it will feel easier

The lady who did my nails was really lovely and very gentle with my nails! The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff make it feel quite communal. As far as I could see it it was very clean as well.

This visit was such a disappointment with how i was treated. I booked a haircut and blowdry appointment with Alya. First, Alya was not even present in the salon. So, Shazia did my hair. She offered to wash my hair even after i told her i booked only cut and blowdry. Paid £40 price mentioned for long haircut on treatwell. Later received calls from salon saying i cheated and paid for short haircut. Huh?? I wish i could attached a screenshot here as a proof. Will not be going there again. Shame.
