Very unprofessional. Went in for a simple shellac manicure and ended up having three technicians do the job of one.
The first woman (who doubles up as the receptionist) was very heavy handed and clipped my cuticles twice making them bleed. I asked her to put on some anti bacterial gel, she said she didn’t have any and used nail polish remover instead. The cuticle cutters and utensils were just brought out of a drawer and weren’t in a sterile bag or pouch (as I’ve usually had at other salons). I also needed to point out to her all the rough bits of skin she hadn’t tidied . Then she went off to thread someone’s eyes brows and the second technician sat down and basically had to tidy up the work and improve on what the other woman hadn’t done properly. She decides to soak my fingers to soften cuticles (which the 1st woman should of done) and carried on five minutes before going off to another appointment so then woman number three sat down to finish the job.
Basically they are trying to do too many treatments in a space of time and rather than do a professional job and stick with one client they’re all filling in and moving from client to client instead of just doing one technician one client.
Will not be using them again. Very bad service.
