Eyelash extensions were terrible! Spidery and all flicked off. Not the individual lashes I anticipated but clumpy sets of 3 lashes glued in. Bit disappointed as I could have bough these from Boots and done them myself! I should have called and checked in advance exactly which lashes they would be but they said individual and said they would take 1 hour to apply so assumed they would be like previous experiences elsewhere. The appointment here only lasted 20 minutes not 1 hour - bad start, and the lashes starting flicking off by the time I got home. Relieved actually as they looked bad and had to take them all off by morning - waste of money!! NOT GOOD individual lash extensions. Waste of £20. Staff very nice though.
