Arrived at the salon to find it rather unkempt and badly maintained. Went straight to service basically where I stood, and she began to thread my eyebrows with no brushing or prep. Luckily I came in from the cold so I could barely feel her aggressive threading. Then she started on my nails, where she cut them down to nubs even when I asked her to keep some of the whites at the end. I then asked her to remove the dead skin around the sides of my nails, but she decided to remove my cuticles instead. Painfully. And she didn't remove my dead skin either. Manager was nice though!
