worst service i've ever had the misfortune to experience, firstly they had only one of the two bookings we had made even though we showed them e-mail confirmation. They then allowed another vile customer to swear at and verbally abuse both me and my sister until we left without treatment and still took money for both treatments. I have reported both to treatwell and to the health authorities as the hygiene both in treatment rooms and in the bathroom was worse than a public toilet. They'll be visiting soon, enjoy your failing grade.
Really lovely staff, but the quality of treatment wasn't what I had hoped.
