Staff really really nice- they had a problem with the booking system and they reschedule my appointment to fit my needs.However I have to say the quality of the waxing overall was good, but not entirely satisfying.

I always go here for eyebrow threading as they do a good job. And the same can be said of this time as the shape was great and what I asked for, but it was somebody I hadn't had before (think she was new) and lacked a little in 'bedside manner' and was very rough with the thread to the point that I inadvertently backed my face away. Just needs a bit more training / experience I think.
