I like my wax the hair completely gone, but they didn't take it all off. After a week it started growing quite fast. I was happy in the beginning but maybe they need to invest on a better hot wax. The staff and ambience and overall the experience was good but they have room for improvement.

The staff at Alternatives were really friendly and the atmosphere warm. It is quite tiny though and I had to move rooms for each of my treatments. Although it did not bother me personally, it may not be the place if you want a very luxurious experience. I will be going back though. I liked it a lot.

Got an appointment last minute and the wax was great as always. Don't expect anything glamorous but the staff are friendly and put you at ease and the wax itself is very good.
