Upon arrival I was informed that eyebrow threading was not included for the £18 advertised and that it would be £2 extra. As I was there I just accepted the charge without double checking what I'd booked. The threading is done sat in the window which was fine with me, but something to be prepared for. I was also told that neck threading would be extra AGAIN on top of the full face and eyebrow, so I declined that. I have had much better threading around the area and at better value. The threading wasn't bad and done swiftly (somewhat rushed, there was a queue behind me) and I did have to go over a little with tweezers when I got home. Everything said, the salon is conveniently located for me and open after 6 so I may give them another go! I would recommend paying via the app and knowing what was advertised to avoid being stitched up.

It's a very no frills venue. The massage rooms tiny and you can hear what's going on outside, but the massage was great and is such good value for money.
