I always go to alternative there standard is generally great and have always had a good experience. This time I had a different therapist and felt the quality of the wax was not great, the wax was applied at odd angles (rather than in line with the hair growth) and in pulling the wax off has left me with a sore red rash. This isn’t the usual spotty rash post wax but a rash in certain areas where the skin has been irritated from the technique. Generally more care could have been taken this time
