I went to have a Hollywood waxing but decided not to and just had a high bikini waxing. Everything went nice and also, the other treatment that I'd book, upper lip waxing. However, I needed another treatment that I couldn't find within the app and that was Shellac removal. I told my aesthetician at the moment and she said they could do it. The thing is that another aesthetician did it, but she behaved unprofessionally by talking rudely and not willing to complete the treatment properly (which only happened because I confronted her). A complete shame, because I did like to go to Alternatives.

I had a full pedicure and have awarded it 5 stars as it was a really good pedicure. Though the salon is very small and looks like it needs some refurbishment as it looked a bit old, but the service was great.
