Went in for a back massage and eyebrow threading. All of the staff were brilliant. The therapist made sure I felt comfortable and the massage was lovely!

I stupidly assumed I could have quick nap as I was in good hands but woke up to absolute nonsense
A) For some reason the technician was unable to grasp the concept of square toes and made the edges round (even though I expressly asked for square) which was extremely irritating.
B) she filed my nails down even though I said keep the length.
C) the polish barely lasted a week.
All in all this was one of the worst pedicures I've had. Definitely not worth £25- I've had waaaaay better pedicures at Sallys Nail bar a few shops down for £20.

Lovely staff! However my gel manicure only lasted 3 days before it started chipping away (I don't tend to get my hands wet for long periods of time so seems strange) also I seem to have reacted to something used as the skin around my nails has all started peeling away!
