Unfortunately, despite really high expectations after reading all the fantastic reviews, my experience was just about average...
The treatment felt rushed and the extraction was not thorough. There was little to no small talk (the beautician didn't even introduce herself) or discussion about the treatment or after care plan and I was disappointed with how abruptly the treatment ended. I could also hear loud talking from the reception and neighbouring treatment rooms throughout the facial so it was very difficult to relax.
I won't be visiting again and I frankly feel misled by the reviews to the extent that I question how true they all are... All in all, an unprofessional experience.
