Staff are warm and welcoming and salon is lovely and clean. Massage was nice but I was taken in to the room late and only got 20 mins instead of the 25 I’d paid for, which was disappointing. Also Alexa kept buffering so that tainted the relaxed atmosphere slightly.

I was lucky enough to be gifted a voucher and booked a Rejuvenation Combo- which includes back and neck massage, foot reflexology and beautiful facial. Ayshia is super knowledgeable and concerntrated on my specific needs. I was wonderful and I had the most relaxing sleep I’d had in months that night. Thank you Ayshia!
