I was greeted by Tracy and asked to fill out a medical form. I was then taken by Tracy into a room and she explained about the treatment I was having which was a runners relief massage. Tracy is very pleasant and we chatted during my massage. The time flew over but my legs felt fantastic afterwards. Will be returning for a full body massage which Tracy recommend.

Peaceful, nicely scented, candles. I had a back, neck & shoulder massage that was firm & felt amazing. Really felt relaxed but energetic after!
