Nice staff however they talk really loud in the reception area and you can hear them gossiping whilst you are getting ready for the massage. The decor is nice and prices are good, however everytime I go I never get the full treatment time I pay for (or what's advertised on this site). It starts late and finishes early which is disappointing.

I enjoyed my treatment at Alternatively Better. The ambiance of the place was fantastic. Found it a really calm and relaxing place to be especially after a busy, stressful day at work! It was the most relaxing eye treatment that I’ve ever had. Simone was lovely and did a great job. I had an eyelash and eyebrow tint treatment. I thought this was good value for money at £14 when compared to other places. I was however a bit disappointed that on the website this treatment was advertised as including a free eyebrow shape which was not the case which is the only reason I have only given 4 stars for this treatment. I must have misunderstood what this meant but at least I know differently for next time. I would recommend a visit here and would go there again.
