Makes me wonder if they even know what they're doing..... I've been to many clinics and always gone through full consultation process with a form to read and sign, absolutely nothing at all, wouldn't be surprised if they hadn't been sued by now. Poor customer service and I won't be returning

The leg wax was fine but now a few days later I’ve realised she missed a strip down the back of my leg. The eyebrow tint was too dark. Despite me asking for brown she said I’ll add some black in, it looks better. Disappointing.
